When your machine is reformatted, the certificates and cryptographic keys stored in it are permanently lost. If you have a backup of your certificate in the form of a .p12 or .pfx file, you can 'import' your certificate from this file. Please click here for the certificate import procedure.
If you don't have a backup of your certificate, you will need to apply for a fresh certificate. Please
contact your RA Administrator for the same.
